I regret to say that my experience with OCS Relocations LLC Dubai has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Initially, they promised a delivery time that they failed to meet, delaying my shipment by a staggering **two months**. This delay was due to their practice of quoting low prices by booking non-priority rates with shipping lines on a spot rate basis, which left them with no control over the delivery lead time.

The issues didn't stop there. Upon arrival, I discovered that some screws for my furniture were missing, and the company was unable to tell me where they had placed them. This added to the frustration as it made assembling my furniture impossible without the missing parts.

To make matters worse, the staff at the destination arrived without any tools to assemble the furniture. They attempted to leave without completing the assembly, only agreeing to do so after I provided them with my own toolbox. This level of unpreparedness and lack of professionalism was unacceptable.

Throughout this entire ordeal, I had to follow up with the shipping line on a daily basis to get my container on a vessel. OCS Relocations provided absolutely no support in this matter, leaving me to handle the situation on my own. This lack of assistance and communication was incredibly frustrating and added to the stress of the move.

Overall, my experience with OCS Relocations LLC Dubai has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their poor service, lack of professionalism, and failure to meet their commitments have caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise against using their services

I had the unfortunate experience of using this relocation cargo company, and I cannot express how disappointed I am with their service. From the beginning, it was a nightmare. They were late for pickup, fight during the pickup between staffs and sales team, mishandled my belongings, and damaged several of my items during the move. Communication was abysmal, and they didn't seem to care about my concerns. The worst part was their lack of professionalism and accountability. They quote less just to get business and they do not have many services what they informed before. Unprofessional sales team specially "Mr Sooraj Menon". I would strongly advise against using this company for any relocation needs. It was a complete and utter disaster.

Rating 0 cannot proceed without mentioning.

Ms. Joanna contacted me for the first time on 10th March 2023 about the relocation of my things from Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE to UK.

Thereafter, we were in regular contact as it took me some time to finalize the details of my movement from UAE to UK.

She provided all the details and quotations with valuable advice.

Once, I finally decided about the date, she helped me in everything from applying for TOR (custom clearance in UK) and all the necessary formalities.

The team came on time on packaging day. They were quite polite and courteous. They carried out the whole packing quickly, efficiently and professionally.

I was kept fully informed about the shipment and the likely schedule of delivery.

The consignment was delivered in a very efficient and professional way.

I received all my things in *excellent* condition.

OCS Relocations is a very professional and cost effective company. In one word they are simply fabulous.

Ms. Joanna is simply excellent in providing excellent professional services.

I started with a relocation service in the AD but they did not ship to the UK so OCS stepped in. A big thanks to the team. Ms Bhona dealt with my shipment and kept me informed all the way through. She has been polite and informative and ensured that it went smoothly. Particularly when dealing with international handlers and clients, it can become bureaucratic, however, Ms Bhona made the process much easier. She deserves a commendation and I'd be happy to know that the company recognises the extra effort she put in. Merci beaucoup!

I would like to take this opportunity to warn anybody thinking of using OCS to seriously reconsider. I would strongly advise you not to & take your business elsewhere even if more expensive. You’ll be far better off in the long run believe me!

This company is absolutely atrocious. The packing teams are slow, leave many items behind if not constantly supervised by you, brake items, dismantle items that clearly aren't designed to be dismantled, untidy, spend the vast majority of time on their phones (especially if they locate your wifi information), manage to lose small parts belonging to items which require the item to work thus rendering it useless, damage a lot of stuff and also steal items i.e. a 7ft by 7ft cream coloured mattress.

How do you lose such a large item?

They also use utterly dishonest & unreliable companies to receive & deliver your goods when moving abroad.

No due-diligence is conducted but clearly this allows for both companies to employ there money-making scams & ransom tactics to extract more money out of you.

OCS are dishonest, unreliable & just plain thieves at the end of the day.
